Shepard Hall is located at 160 Convent Avenue, near 138th Street and Convent Avenue. The closest subways are the 1, A,C,D trains. What is registration? Is it necessary if I want to attend the conference?
Face to Face 2019 early bird registration opens in early March. Regular registration opens in early April. Pre-conference registration is strongly advised – rates increase significantly for walk-up registration.
I’m only able to attend one day of the conference. Am I eligible for a reduced rate or can someone else come in my place on the day I can’t attend?
No. There are no shared registrations or single-day rates available. This applies to members of pre-registered groups as well. An attendee who was not initially pre-registered as part of a group may not substitute into a group after the pre-registration deadline or at the conference
Will there be a group registration rate in 2019?

How do I know if my pre-registration form has been received and processed?
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after registering for the conference
The deadline for pre-registration has passed. Am I still able to attend the conference?
Yes. There is a dedicated table at check-in for those who have not registered. You may pay with a credit card or a check made out to the NYC Arts in Education Roundtable. We will not accept cash.

No. While pre-registration is used as an important guide for the conference organizers regarding room assignments you are not required to attend the session for which you pre-registred.

When and where is registration at the conference?
The registration tables are located just inside the entrance to Shepard Hall. You must check-in upon arrival on both days of the conference before you head to the Great Hall or a breakout session. If you have not pre-registered for the conference you may do so upon arrival.
