Ensuring that the demands are implemented, and Black women have equal access and opportunity to lead requires strategic action at every level from the Executive to the Programmatic. In this interactive session moderated by Piper Anderson, practitioners at the forefront working to advance racial equity will offer best practices and strategies for advocating for and developing pathways toward meeting the demands within your institution.
