- writing and maintaining company newsletter and media accounts
- managing contracts and invoices of partners and staff
- recruiting and maintaining community partners
- project based support as needed (attending zoom meetings, creating materials (slide deck, program reports)
The Associate Administrator should have the following skills:
- fluent in g-suite
- strong written and oral communications skills
- experience with communications
- experience with arts education and arts administration
About 3 Looms:
3 Looms is a Creative Education Consulting company focused on teacher mentorship and professional development as well as educational outreach support and school improvement through the arts. While this position is mostly support staff there is potential for great learning and observation of hands on work.
This is an hourly wage, remote position with approximately 10-20 hours a month.
