Arts Education Program Coordinator
Center for Educational Innovation (CEI)


The Center for Educational Innovation (CEI), a not-for-profit educational organization that works with traditional public schools and public charter schools, is seeking to fill the full-time position of Program Coordinator for its Arts Education Department.


Program Coordinator will assist with the coordination of an arts education program serving K-12 public school students, teachers and parents. Programs use an arts integrated model by utilizing arts-based strategies to directly teach academic content and strengthen social emotional learning skills. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with teaching artists, school sites and all partners to ensure program delivery, scheduling student residencies, professional learning sessions and family engagement workshops, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected, and managing budgets, as well as assisting with lesson plan development, meetings and events.

Individual must have administrative experience, be highly organized and self-motivated, have experience managing programs and expertise with Google Suite programs, and have a background in the field of arts education or in K-12 education. This position reports to the Executive Director of Arts Education.


  • BA or BS degree with experience
  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office and Google Suite – Photoshop a plus
  • Experience hosting Video Meetings (Zoom, Meets, Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated


Start Date: June 15

Job Type: Full-Time

Annual Salary: $45,000.00 per year

Benefits: Personal/Vacation, Health Insurance Option

Work Location: Currently Remote (eventually In-Person)
