About Our Organization
Scribble Art Workshop is a developmentally-based art program for children starting at 18 months. Our mission is to build creativity as a life skill that will serve our students beyond the art studio through a research-based teaching approach, innovative curriculum and high quality art supplies. We treat all our students (even our youngest) as practicing artists guiding them through their own creative processes including bringing their ideas through to fruition and then onto exhibition and sale. Our teaching artists participate in regular professional development sessions as well as one-on-one coaching so they can continuously develop their practice. We have a studio in lower Westchester and another in Kent, CT. Unfortunately, we closed our NYC studio during COVID. In addition to our studio programming, we have upwards of 60 schools & community partnering organizations. We’re seeking an artistically-minded and highly organized manager who can maintain and grow our partnerships.
