Job Position Summary

Small NYC-based arts education nonprofit organization requires a part time (2 days a week) bookkeeper to handle bookkeeping operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Requires knowledge of Quickbooks, ADP payroll systems, A/R, A/P, budgeting, and financial reports. Payroll bimonthly, unemployment insurance claims, W-4s, 1099s. Knowledge of NYC government contracts essential, especially DOE and DCLA. Minimum of two years experience handling bookkeeping responsibilities.
