Job Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Musical Director to lead vocal music direction for student productions and classes. This position involves working closely with young performers to teach songs, build vocal technique, and prepare music for seasonal showcases and musicals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Teach vocal music to students ages 5–15 in a group setting
  • Accompany rehearsals and performances (piano/keyboard required)
  • Prepare students musically for seasonal performances and showcases
  • Collaborate with directors and choreographers on musical numbers
  • Adjust and arrange music as needed to fit students’ vocal ranges and skill levels
  • Foster a warm, encouraging, and professional rehearsal environment
