Job Position Summary

Executive Assistant AND Personal Assistant
*with childcare duties

Come join a growing art consulting firm in its 18th year. With prestigious, award-winning projects around the world, the firm’s co-founders (and their 10-month old) seek an empathetic, organized professional to help as an executive assistant, with personal assistant work, and also as a master diaper-changer.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

  • project-specific curation on select projects
  • slideshow building (as necessary)
  • scheduling
  • office administration
  • child (baby) care
  • other errands and tasks as needed

  • experience with babies, caretaking
  • bias for action

  • supreme concern for client service, outcomes
  • coachability and quick-learning skills
  • strong listening & communication skills (written & verbal)
