About Our Organization

The Broadway League is the national trade association for the Broadway industry. Our 600‐plus members include theatre owners and operators, producers, presenters, and general managers in North American cities, as well as suppliers of goods and services to the commercial theatre industry. Each year, League members bring Broadway to more than 30 million people in New York and more than 200 cities across the U.S. and Canada.

Job Position Summary

Reports to Director of Audience Engagement
Part-time hourly position, 30 hours a week, partially remote Starts December 1, 2021, guaranteed through May 28, 2022

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Assist in processing new user registrations from BroadwayBridges.org
    • Enter Broadway Bridges group sales orders into Stars/Nliven/SeatGeek
    • Generate and send invoices for schools
    • Process and track payments from schools
    • Assist in follow up with schools in cases of late/delayed payment
    • Support in updating Broadway Bridges databases and respond to daily requests from teachers
    • Create check requests for League to pay shows for group tickets and give to Finance office
    • Deliver checks to box offices for Broadway Bridges payments
    • Check tickets at box office every Tuesday morning to ensure orders will be there when teachers come to pick up their tickets
