About Our Organization
Inside Broadway is a NYC based children’s theatre company that provides arts education to over 100 schools each year. Our programming includes Teaching Artist Residencies, professional AEA Touring Productions, ‘Creating the Magic’ seminars on careers-in-theatre on Broadway, our Summer Stock Junior series for students all across the city, and more!
Since 1982, we’ve been bringing Broadway to schools through exceptional programming with a belief that all students should have access to the arts. Our goal is to pass down the rich legacy of theater to future generations so that the magic, music, and universal themes are not lost,but rediscovered and made relevant for today’s youth.
Job Position Summary
Part-Time | NYC-Based Arts Education Organization
A NYC-based arts education organization is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to the President to provide administrative and program support three days per week.
The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic arts and education environment. This position will work closely with the organization’s President and program support team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with NYC and New York State lobbying activities
- Support public relations and social media activities
- Manage appointments and calendars
- Handle general correspondence and conduct occasional research
- Coordinate and organize program supplies
- Perform general office and administrative duties
Position Details:
Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week
Compensation: $30/hour
Start Date: October 1, 2026
