The Face to Face 2026 conference will be a hybrid experience taking place March 30th – April 9th.

Virtual events will include the opening event on March 30th, followed by morning and afternoon sessions from March 31 – April 2.

In addition, there will be two in-person days on April 8 and 9 at Shepard Hall, City College of New York.

Attendees can choose between registering only for the virtual events from March 30 – April 2 or for the full conference, which includes access to all virtual events as well as the in-person convening on April 8 and 9.

When registering for the Face to Face 2026 virtual conference offerings, you do not need to select specific sessions. All registrants will receive access links and reminders for each Face to Face 2026 virtual session taking place from March 30 – April 2 to the email address provided.

Our in-person Face to Face Conference is limited to 500 participants plus event staff, volunteers, and presenters. In the event that our in-person conference sells out, you may join a waitlist via the registration form. You will only be charged if your registration is approved.

The Roundtable does not require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result in order to attend in-person events. Masks are always welcome but not required. The Roundtable will have masks and hand sanitizer available for participant use.

In-person sessions for Face to Face 2026 will be taking place at Shepard Hall, City College of New York.

Room information for individual sessions will be added to our virtual program in the weeks preceding the conference as well as printed on physical programs that will be available at the conference.

Yes, New York State CTLE credit will be available for in-person attendance to the conference. At this time, we are unable to offer CTLE credit for attending virtual conference offerings. Due to programming schedules at the conference, CTLE hours will be offered as follows:

Day 1 (Wednesday, April 8): 7 hours of CTLE credit will be available for attendance

Day 2 (Thursday, April 9): 7 hours of CTLE credit will be available for attendance
