Face to Face 2026 will be a hybrid experience, offering a virtual sessions the week of March 30 and closing with two full in-person days on April 8 and 9. All attendees must register to receive access to online and in-person Face to Face sessions. Capacity for the in-person conference is limited, so register early!

The Roundtable is unable to offer a one-day registration rate for the in-person conference at this time. Conference registrations are non-transferable.
Group Discounts
A discounted rate of 15% off for groups of 5 or more is available. Student rates are not eligible for this additional group discount.

Subsidized Registration & Volunteer Opportunities
If you would like to request a subsidized registration to attend Face to Face in-person, please complete the registration request form or register to be a volunteer. Volunteers are assigned to a morning or afternoon shift and are able to attend the other part of the conference day at no cost.
CTLE Credit
The Roundtable is thrilled to be able to offer New York State CTLE credit for in-person attendance to the Face to Face conference. Due to programming schedules at the conference, CTLE hours will be offered as follows:
Day 1: Weds, April 8
7 hours of CTLE credit will be available for attendance
Day 2: Thurs, April 9
7 hours of CTLE credit will be available for attendance
Total Credit
14 hours of CTLE credit in total will be available for attendance at both days of the in-person conference
At this time, we are unable to offer CTLE credit for attending virtual conference offerings.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they check in AND check out at the registration desk each day of the conference in order to verify in-person attendance.
Attendees seeking CTLE credit will be able to formally request it using the post-event survey shared at the conference and in email follow ups. You must complete this request after attending the conference.
Please note, expressing interest in CTLE credit at the time of registration will not be sufficient for us to process credits.

The NYC Arts in Education Roundtable is committed to providing opportunities for everyone to participate in our programming.
All virtual Face to Face sessions will include live ASL interpretation and automatic closed captioning via Zoom.
In-person Face to Face events will not offer ASL or CART services unless requested, but will take place at an ADA-compliant venue.
In-person ASL and/or CART services requests or any any other accommodation requests must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the in-person conference.
