Escape the cold and kick-off 2020 connecting with other teaching artists over a cozy cup of hot chocolate. Join the NYC Arts in Education Roundtable’s Teaching Artist Affairs Committee in wellness sessions to help you start the new year off with some new self-care techniques. Walk away with some tools for your teaching artist toolkit, and a robust list of free and low-cost ways to feed your artistry through cultural experiences around NYC.

A yoga workshop will be included during this meet-up. Participants are encouraged to come with a yoga mat or towel.

Please note: To access the studio, participants will need to go up one flight of stairs. We apologize for any inconvenience.
