All are welcome to join the NYC Arts in Education Roundtable for this working group on Multiple Task Award Contracts (“MTAC”) for arts education service providers.

Throughout the Roundtable’s monthly Arts Education Leaders’ Open Space, many attendees have reported questions around the MTAC process and a desire to hold a space dedicated to all things MTAC.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their questions and any specific issues they are coming up against in their own MTAC process.

This is an informal open space and does not require registration. To be added to the MTAC Working Group Contact List and receive the calendar invite and Zoom link, please email Programs Director Kinsey Keck at kkeck@nycaieroundtable.org. If you attended an earlier working group, you should have already received a calendar invite.

DATES FOR FY26

  • Monday, February 2, 2026, 2-3pm
  • Monday, May 11, 2026, 2-3pm

WHAT IS AN MTAC?

MTAC contracts enable arts and cultural vendors to partner with a school on contracts over $25,000. Non-contracted arts vendors have an overall cap of $25,000 they can do with a given school. The arts vendor can have individual projects within the school but the projects total cannot exceed $25,000 (for non-contracted vendors). After $25,000, vendors will need an MTAC (Multiple Task Award Contract) contract to partner with schools.
