Kick off the year with NYCMER at the annual Meet and Greet!

Welcome back to another amazing year of exploration, learning, networking, and collaboration! NYCMER invites you to kick off the programming year at our annual Meet and Greet. In addition to catching up with and meeting new colleagues, you’ll have an opportunity to learn about NYCMER membership benefits and peer groups. We will also solicit your questions, ideas, and suggestions for our 2016-2017 monthly programs and the annual conference. We want your input! We’re excited to host the first NYCMER event of the season at the Museum at Eldridge Street, an historic site which connects us all to the immigrant foundations of New York City. Explore the building’s stunning stained glass, step into the footprints of people from 100 years ago, and nosh on Lower East Side delicacies. Getting there: F to East Broadway
Exit at Rutgers Street and Canal. Walk four blocks west on Canal. Turn left on Eldridge Street. The Museum will be on your left. (5 minute walk from subway). B or D to Grand Street
Walk one block east on Grand Street to Eldridge Street. Turn right onto Eldridge and walk south 2 1/2 blocks. The Museum will be on your left. (5 min walk from subway). 6, N, Q, R, J or Z to Canal Street
Walk east on the north side of Canal Street. Continue walking east past the entrance to the Manhattan Bridge. Turn right on Eldridge Street. The Museum will be on your left. A limited number of free non-member tickets are available; if you are a member, please be sure to log in to access tickets for members and their guest.
