As of Wednesday, July 9th, the New York City Arts in Education Roundtable will be accepting proposals for sessions and panels for 2026 Face to Face Conference. The conference is scheduled to take place March 30 – April 9, 2026:

  • Online Dates: Monday, March 30 – Friday, April 3 (Times and exact days TBA)
  • In-Person Dates: Wednesday, April 8 – Thursday, April 9 (Shepard Hall, City College of New York)

The 2026 conference will be a hybrid experience with both virtual and in-person offerings. The in-person conference venue is Shepard Hall, City College of New York, 160 Convent Ave, New York, NY 10031.

This information session is designed to walk through the application process, share expectations for selected presenters, and answer any questions about the RFP and review process. This session will be recorded and uploaded to our YouTube page.
