Join the NYC Arts in Education Roundtable for an informational session on the RFP process for Face to Face 2024!

As of Wednesday, July 12th, the New York City Arts in Education Roundtable is now accepting proposals for sessions and panels for 2024 Face to Face Conference. The conference is scheduled to take place April 15-25, 2024:

  • Online Dates: Monday, April 15 – Monday, April 22 (Times TBA)
  • In-Person Dates: Wednesday, April 24 – Thursday, April 25 (Shepard Hall, City College of New York)

The 2024 conference will be a hybrid experience with both virtual and in-person offerings. The in-person conference venue is Shepard Hall, City College of New York, 160 Convent Ave, New York, NY 10031.

Complete information on the RFP as well as link to submit your application can be found here. This information session is designed to walk through the application process, share expectations for selected presenters, and answer any questions about the RFP and review process.
