Calling in all white Executive Directors in arts education! Your ED colleagues are coming together in a virtual open space to share out how they are kicking off the process of completing the organizational audit (Part 1 of the Centering Black Women Aligned Action Worksheet) as well as candidly sharing learnings, challenges, and questions around advancing the key priorities of the List of Demands and other anti-racism work in their organizations.

Whether your organization is wondering where to start or has done a lot of anti-racism work so far, this space is for all white Executive Directors committed to collective action, resource-sharing, and honest accountability.

This event is free and open to all who identify as a white Executive Director. This event will not be recorded. For more information, please feel free to contact Executive Director, Kimberly Olsen at kolsen@nycaieroundtable.org.
