Dr. Magda Demerritt
Dr. Magda Demerritt, LCSW-QS, a Miami native, attended FIU earning her master’s degree in social work. In 2013, she established her practice and treats individuals who present with various mental health challenges. In May of 2021, she earned her Doctorate degree in Social Work. Dr. Demerritt is certified in child welfare, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and trained in crisis management. A leader in her field, Dr. Demerritt provides education, supervision, and consultation to emerging and established clinicians. She serves on panels and participates in speaking engagements to educate the community and normalize the use of mental health services.
Tierra Lindsey
Tierra Lindsey (Tee) has been working in the field of Art Therapy for 4 years. She attended the School of Visual Arts and received a Master of Professional Studies in Art Therapy with a concentration in addiction and trauma. Tee currently works as a clinical art therapist for a non-profit organization based in school and community settings. Throughout her career, she has worked with all ages, ranging from 5-50+ years of age. Her passion and number one goal for working in the creative mental health space is to be able to work with communities and populations that would not typically have access to mental health, more specifically Black and brown communities.
When not providing services to clients and families, Tee enjoys focusing on personal art-making, spending time in nature, and building her private practice.
Erika Moore
What began as a hobby for Erika R. Moore quickly evolved into decades of rigorous training, performing, and an in-depth study of movement and its history. While earning her MFA in Dance, Erika immersed herself in somatics, the Feldenkrais method, and Pilates, discovering the profound impact these techniques had on her body beyond traditional medicine. In 2020, she deepened her commitment by pursuing comprehensive Pilates training, with the goal of helping others forge a stronger connection with their bodies through movement. She currently teaches Pilates at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Alongside her work in the arts, education, and business strategy, Erika is the owner of Erika R. Moore Consulting and Moore Arts Collections. A certified CRP facilitator, amateur triathlete, and lover of the outdoors, Erika brings passion and expertise to every endeavor.
Jana B. Woodhouse
Jana B. Woodhouse has just been recognized as one of the top Financial Advisors in the COUNTRY! She has over 33 years experience on all levels of Financial advice and planning including, Accounting, Tax Preparation, Stocks & Bond Investing, Life & Health Insurances, Long Term Care, Disabilities, 401K & Retirement plans and Strategies, Family Trusts, College Education Planning. She handles all and anything that deals with money, finance and securities.
Opening Keynote with Dr. Magda Demerritt (facilitated virtually)

Dynamic Stretching Workshop with Erika Moore

In this session, we’ll explore dynamic stretching routines inspired by dance and Pilates, crafted to enhance your flexibility and range of motion. Regardless of your current fitness level or experience with movement, this workshop will help you connect your mind, body, and soul, integrating these practices into your daily life. You’ll leave with practical tools and techniques designed to foster tangible results and a more fluid, balanced way of moving.
BUILD IT TO WIN: How to Design Your Personal & Business Life in the Financial Journey with Jana B. Woodhouse
