The New York City Arts in Education Roundtable is accepting proposals for sessions and panels for Face to Face 2024. The conference is scheduled to take place between April 15-25, 2024.

The 2024 conference will be a hybrid experience with both virtual and in-person offerings. The in-person conference venue is Shepard Hall, City College of New York, 160 Convent Ave, New York, NY 10031.

This RFP seeks proposals for 90-minute conference sessions to be formatted as:

• WORKSHOPS – Sessions with no more than two (2) facilitators in which participants explore specific techniques, strategies, or approaches to arts-related teaching and learning or other topics.
• PANELS – Sessions with a discussion format consisting of a moderator and no more than three (3) panelists who give brief presentations on one topic from multiple points of view.

All conference presenters will be offered a $100 honorarium and full registration to the conference (virtual and in-person). Applications must be submitted via the SurveyMonkey link below. A Google Doc version of the RFP for reference is available here.
