Call for Proposals: Submit an RFP for Face to Face 2023

The NYC Arts in Education Roundtable is now accepting session proposals for Face to Face 2023. The 30th Annual Face to Face Conference will be a hybrid conference taking place from April 3 to April 13, 2023.

Key Dates

  • Application Deadline – EXTENDED: October 11, 2022 at 11:59pm ET
  • Application Notification: Late-December 2022
  • Conference Dates: April 3 – April 13, 2023
    • Online Dates: April 3 – April 11
    • In-Person Dates (location TBD): April 12 & 13

This RFP seeks proposals for 90 minute conference sessions to be formatted as:

  • WORKSHOPS – Sessions with no more than two (2) facilitators in which participants explore specific techniques, strategies, or approaches to arts-related teaching and learning or other topics.
  • PANELS – Sessions with a discussion format consisting of a moderator and no more than three (3) panelists.

All conference presenters will be offered a $150 honorarium and full registration to the conference (virtual and in-person). Applications must be submitted via the Google Form linked below. A Google Doc version of the RFP for reference is available here.
