Become a Face to Face 2027 Sponsor

What is Face to Face?

Virtual Dates: Tuesdays, March 30 – April 20, 2027
In-Person Dates: April 28 – 29, 2027
Location: Shepard Hall, City College of New York (160 Convent Ave, New York, NY 10031)

The Face to Face Arts in Education Conference is the largest, most comprehensive arts education convening in New York State. In 2027, our annual flagship conference will start with a month of virtual professional learning workshops and conclude with a two-day conference expected to serve more than 600 arts educators and administrators.

Conference Sponsors will have a direct impact on our ability to bring together arts education practitioners from across the region (and nation!) to share best practices, discuss policy, and address enduring issues such as quality, assessment, sustainability, professional development, equity and inclusion, and art and social justice.

Why Become a Face to Face Sponsor?

By sponsoring the 2027 Face to Face conference, you can join the Roundtable in leading necessary and change-making conversations in arts and education, while reaching a targeted audience of New York-based educators, cultural workers, artists, funders, policymakers, and arts leaders.

This year’s convening will include:

  • Opening and closing conference plenaries – previous plenaries have included arts activations by the Fire Ensemble, community-driven town halls, and keynotes by speakers like Misty Copeland, Dr. Indira Etwaroo, and Marc Bamuthi Joseph
  • A diverse array of 30+ workshops presented during a two-day conference in Harlem
  • A month of 4 Tuesday virtual sessions on essential topics like Teaching Artist sustainability, inclusive pedagogies and practices, arts and activism, and more
  • Visibility with the NYC Arts in Education Roundtable’s 7,700-strong subscriber list and 13,500+ social media followers
  • Outreach opportunities with hundreds of arts organizations and individual educators

Deadline for Sponsorships: Friday, February 26, 2027.
