The NYC Arts in Education Roundtable does not permit AI Assistants or similar technology to record or take meeting notes at any of our open spaces or public events on Zoom or similar platforms. If you add an AI Assistant to a calendar invitation with a Zoom link, it will be removed from the meeting and prompted to delete its stored data from the meeting.
