Tiffany Lin is currently the Program Director for Partner Schools and Network at Exploring the Arts, where she builds equitable arts programming in title 1 schools across the 5 boroughs in NYC. Previously she spearheaded an arts education initiative with a roster of Teaching Artists into 20 schools in Brooklyn for visual, media, performing, and culinary arts at St. Nicks Alliance. She also managed arts internships in partnership with Center for Arts Education, SYEP, WLG, and as a mentor for arts programs across the city. 

She has taught visual and media arts ranging from pre-K to high school, in addition to senior centers and community centers. Tiffany has also worked in design leading communications teams for non profits. She serves as a mentor for American for the Arts’ Diversity in Arts Leadership, where she works with future arts administrators and educators. She also works with the National Art Education Association as a Commissioner for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion representing the Supervision and Administration division.
