Jolene L. Wang is Special Counsel at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP. She is an accomplished trial lawyer with a practice focused on patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and contract disputes in federal courts and before administrative agencies including the International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board across a wide range of industries and technologies. Jolene advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property issues, including enforcement, licensing, and litigation strategies.
Jolene graduated from Yale University with a double major in mechanical engineering and political science. Jolene earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center where she served as managing editor of The Georgetown Law Journal and a judicial intern for the Honorable Edgardo Ramos of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Jolene currently lives in Manhattan.
