Diana Crum is a dance educator and advocate based in Brooklyn, New York. She has over 20 years of teaching experience, including work at colleges and universities, preK-12 schools, community centers, and private studios. From 2010–2021, she proudly led Dance Makers in the Schools, a program of Movement Research, where she found her tribe of dancers. Her choreography has been presented in New York at venues such as Danspace Project and Center for Performance Research. Internationally, her work has been performed in Mexico, Germany, France, and Austria. Crum is currently studying in the Ed.D. Dance Education Program at Teachers College. She holds a B.A. from Columbia College, Columbia University and an M.F.A from Hollins University, both in dance.
